Processing Time

Upon placing your order, please allow 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for careful preparation and packaging. Upon shipment, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking details for your convenience.

Shipping Rates & Policies 

We offer complimentary Ground Shipping for all orders within the contiguous United States & Canada. Anticipate delivery within 5-7 days for U.S. orders and 7-15 days for international orders. For expedited shipping options, please reach out to us directly.

Please note that we currently do not service Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and AFO/FPO/PO boxes. For international orders, if your country does not appear in the top right dropdown of the website, contact us at help@klarel.com to arrange delivery.

Duty Paid Delivery

For our international customers, we ensure a seamless purchasing experience. The total collected at checkout is comprehensive; there are no additional charges upon delivery. Your purchase is shipped "duty-paid," encapsulating Klarel's commitment to transparency and customer convenience.

Order Status 

Once your parcel is on its way, we will provide an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for this tracking information to be updated. If you have yet to receive your order within seven business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at help@klarel.com with your name and order number, and we will promptly assist you.

Refunds & Returns 

We understand that sometimes an item might fail to meet your expectations. If this is the case, we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. The whole order amount will be refunded, excluding the shipping costs for returning the item(s) to our warehouse. Exceptions may apply.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us at help@klarel.com within two business days with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will address these incidents case-by-case, always striving for your satisfaction.
