We offer free shipping via UPS or FedEx Ground within  the contiguous United States.

For items in stock, your order will ship out of our warehouse within (2) business days, and you can expect a transit time of (1) to (5) business days.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order departs our warehouse. Please note that it can take up to (48) hours for the tracking number to become active on carrier website.

We put orders in fulfillment very quickly, and at that point cancelling and changing your order is challenging — please email us at help@klarel.com and we will try our best to help!

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for orders placed on our website up to 30 days after delivery.

To start a return, contact us at help@klarel.com.
Please include pictures of the item(s) packaged and ready to go.

Please keep in mind:

• Items need to be unused, in their original condition, in their original packaging, and sent back within (30) days of delivery date.

• We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs of returning the item(s) to our warehouse.

• Final sale and custom items are not returnable.

• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
